NUESTROS SERVICIOS
Ofrecemos servicios para el final de la vida para aliviar los síntomas y el estrés de una enfermedad grave. La atención de hospicio y manejo del dolor es brindada por un equipo de especialistas compasivos, incluidos nuestros médicos, enfermeras y trabajadores sociales, que pueden trabajar mano a mano con los médicos personales del paciente para brindar una capa adicional de apoyo.
ENFERMERÍA ESPECIALIZADA
Impulsar el plan de atención y realizar visitas con la frecuencia necesaria para solicitar medicamentos y suministros.
SERVICIOS SOCIALES
Apoyo emocional y asistencia con testamentos en vida, así como otras preocupaciones financieras.
AYUDA DE SALUD EN EL HOGAR
Cuidado personal, baños, tareas domésticas ligeras y conversación amistosa.
APOYO ESPIRITUAL Y DE DOLOR
Apoyo espiritual durante la atención al final de la vida y un año de apoyo para el duelo familiar después del final de la vida
TERAPIA
Terapia física, ocupacional y del habla y del lenguaje según las indicaciones del médico.
SUMINISTRO DE EQUIPO MÉDICO
Amplia gama de suministros y equipos médicos que no son suministrados habitualmente por otras instalaciones.
